Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Orders placed during non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

Standard delivery typically takes 10–25 business days, depending on the destination country and local postal services.

Expedited Shipping

In certain regions, weekend delivery may be supported. If weekend delivery is available for your address, it will be shown at checkout.

Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. Please review the following conditions:
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase without any charges.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If the order has already been shipped, customers may initiate a return after receiving the package in accordance with our Return Policy.
If a cancellation request is approved after payment but before shipment, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
